- At Thanksgiving along with Plano Sunrise Rotary, Plano Police and its customers, Poor Richard's serves Thanksgiving meals to those individuals who need help and some cheering up during the holiday. In 2007 the event fed over 1550 folks a hot Thanksgiving Meal. Santa Claus courtesy of Plano Christmas Cops shows up with toys and a photo opportunity for youngsters and families.
